1. Who We Are

Padel Oman is a digital community platform created to connect padel players, enthusiasts, and organizations within the Sultanate of Oman. Our mission is to support the growth of padel by providing a trusted, secure, and community-driven platform.

2. Registration and Access

Minimum Age

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your country to consent to the use of online services.
• If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your information updated
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You may not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If you create or use an account on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Using Our Services

What You May Do

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use the Services for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with all applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

What You May Not Do

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe, misappropriate, or violate the rights of others
• Upload false, misleading, or impersonating information
• Upload images or content without proper rights or consent
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without authorization

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations.

4. User Content

Your Content

You may provide content to the Services, including text, profile information, and personal photographs ("User Content").

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload it.

Profile Photos & Personal Images

By uploading a personal photo, you confirm that:

• The photo is of yourself or you have legal authorization to use it
• The photo does not violate privacy, intellectual property, or applicable laws
• The photo is not offensive, misleading, or inappropriate

You grant Padel Oman a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable license to store, display, resize, process, and use your uploaded photos solely for operating and improving the Services.

You retain ownership of your photos.

Content Moderation

We may review, remove, or restrict User Content at our discretion, including profile photos, if we believe it violates these Terms or community standards. We are not obligated to monitor all content.

5. Memberships and Payments

Paid Services

Some Services require payment, including annual memberships.

• All prices are displayed in OMR
• Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law
• Membership benefits may change from time to time

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers such as Amwal Pay. Padel Oman does not store payment card information.

6. Accuracy and Platform Use

While we strive to maintain accurate and reliable Services:

• User-generated content may not always be accurate
• Padel Oman does not verify the identity or claims of all users
• You use the Services at your own discretion and risk

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including branding, logos, design, software, and content (excluding User Content), are owned by Padel Oman or its licensors.

You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may include integrations or links to third-party services. These services are governed by their own terms, and Padel Oman is not responsible for their content or actions.

9. Termination and Suspension

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• Your use poses risk or harm to the platform or others

Accounts inactive for extended periods may be terminated with notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Sultanate of Oman.
